LGBT+ Pregnancy Project
Hi!
Thanks so much for your interest in this study.
It's currently open for participants, starting in January 2025!

The aim is to understand how LGBT+ people experience getting and being pregnant. It’s led by Matilda Vokes, a queer researcher at Queen Mary University of London.

Taking part will involve a casual interview (with no compulsory questions) about your experience of getting and being pregnant. It will take between 1½ to 2 hours. There is also the opportunity to take part in a focus group where 2-4 people will discuss their experiences together.
Participants will get a £15 voucher for each session. Partners and/or co-parents also welcome!

To take part you must be LGBT+ and have had a pregnancy within five years. You also need to be over 18 and live in the UK. This study is inclusive of all LGBT+ identities and welcomes responses from everyone.

I will send you some more information and arrange a call to go over the research, any of your questions and set up an in-person interview.
